A Big Bubble Plate

There are about seven stages of clay. This plate is a piece of bisqueware, ready to be glazed then fired. The job here is to add color, design, make it food safe by underglazing and dipping in clear glaze. This plate was made especially for my cousin, as a wedding gift. With us both being HUGE Disney fanatics, I thought creating the famous and classic Walt Disney Pictures logo would be fun! Music Andy's Birthday (Score) by Randy Newman.
