Who's My Author?

Taking many pages out of a book, I used them to sculpt these paper hands! One side of the book, a hand sits on hollowed out pages with a broken pencil and a dirty eraser. On the other side another hand sits surrounded by raised up paper that is swirling around it, with a sharp pencil, and never before used eraser. The influence behind this piece is that when we try to write our life story by ourselves we will make a lot of mistakes and dig ourselves into a hole. When God is the writer, we will prosper and blossom with promise.
